Slide Scanning
From your treasured transparencies or slides that have become faded, scratched, digitised images can be made and therefore cleaned, saved as high resolution TIFF files for further editing or alternatively saved as jpegs for easy internet sharing on various platforms for social media.
Negative Scanning
Colour as well as black and white negative strips can also be scanned.
Image Correction
In many cases, transparencies and negatives have been stored collecting dust and scratches over many years. Despite every effort of keeping them dust free, microscopic particles find their way on to them which become quite obvious once scanned and enlarged. Images can also become faded over time. Dust and scratch removal along with colour restoration software is applied resulting in near perfect images.
About me
I work alone and enjoy working on the restoration of images scanned from slides, transparencies and negative strips making what I do a personal and bespoke endeavour. My interest has grown from scanning and digitising my own collection of photographs of which film formats range from 35mm, 120 Roll film and 5×4 sheet film.
